…You will probably never have to worry about your husband having a love child like Arnold Schwarzenegger. “You can barely get me pregnant, honey. Good luck knocking up another woman.”

I have definitely thought this! There has to be an upside doesn’t there.

I’d be lying if I didn’t admit to having shared this thought after our azoos diagnosis. But then again, I shared it with my husband, and he laughed and shared his thought that it’s kind of like a free pass. wrong answer, my dear!

Can barely get me pregnant??? Between the two of us we can’t get any kind of pregnant. Humor isn’t helping me much today…I’m hating infertility right now. I am so tired of hearing about all my pregnant friends and all their poor poor pregnant problems of being tired and getting fat….sorry about the vent there, don’t have any body to talk about it to and the anger of it all is starting to take control of me yet again. Hope everyone has a good holiday weekend.

Oh-one more thing. Facebook is the devil for all of us woman unsuccessfully trying to conceive.

Facebook and coworkers. I work at a very family friendly company and all my coworkers talk about is their kids. I want to snap on a daily basis. And they constantly ask me when we’re going to start trying.

On another note, I have just discovered this blog about a week ago and have been feverishly going through past posts. I can’t talk to any of my friends about this (I tried once but can’t get past the pity looks they give me) and this blog has helped a lot.

  7. Leslie says:

Yea-it’s pretty much impossible to talk to friends cause they don’t understand and always seem to say the wrong thing at the wrong time….can’t really talk to my mom about it either-that I think is my huge dilema right now is not having anyone to talk to about it.

Thanks for the laugh. Although, if I am being honest, five years ago, when my wife am I were two years into the IF tests and cheap treatment options (that was a short list), I wouldn’t have laughed. It was hard to have problems, my wife did as well. We were given a referral from my father-in-law to try BeeFertile, a kit for men and women, made up of natural supplements. I would try anything at that point, and am blessed to say, that after three months of BeeFertile, we had our first ever PPT. I hope that everyone here will have the blessing of a child in their life, whichever method they use.

If it wasn’t for male-factor infertility, my husband would have a whole TRIBE of children coming out of the woodworks…. he was the biggest tart before I met him. Seen that way, IVF and ICSI is turning out to be waaaay cheaper than all of those paternity lawsuits and child support payments.
