My reason to laugh at infertility – I took a pregnancy test at my office and my boss walked in the bathroom while I was taking it. Thankfully, she didn’t see!

  2. Kari says:

My sister-in-law is pregnant with her 5th baby!!! By accident. You have to laugh sometimes, right?

  3. Summer Webb says:

My reason is, infertility is already stressful in itself.. so with all the crazy crap your body does and the crazy looks you get you have to find humor. Especially the looks you get when you have smacked someone after a hormonal moment.

  4. Wishing says:

My reason is that on a trip to Mexico. The security at the airport searched my purse and I had a stack of ovulation sticks. My face was so red but so was the airport security guard!!

  5. PregNOT says:

My boss told me today to ‘just relax and it will happen.’ I finally told her that we are going through fertility treatments and relaxing won’t help my lack of eggs.

  6. Danielle says:

Today is my 5 year anniversary, 3 year anniversary of TTC, I just found out that our would be birth mother who backed out of our adoption is having a boy and she is healthier and happier than ever and I’m working the workload of 3 people by myself because my co-worker just had her baby and the boss is her mom. But it’s okay…. I have a great beard growing and the sex drive of an 80 year old. We’ll be expecting in no time!

  7. michelle says:

If i wasnt able to laugh sometimes on our 4 year and counting infertility journey im not sure i would make it out alive :)

  8. WannaBebe says:

My reason to laugh is that my husband blames our RE for the worst sex we’ve ever had!

  9. Lynne W. says:

My reason to laugh at infertility – When we finally succeed in our quest for children, NO ONE can tell me we didn’t work hard for them.

  10. Elly Sedivy says:

My reason to laugh at Fertility: It took me three years and 2 HSGs to get my referral approved to even see the specialist!! lol 3 years!! ha ha.. Effective today I officially have an approval to go see a specialist.. that was after I’ve already been through a specialist with my old insurance (3 rounds of clomid 2-IUI) and it still took 3 years LOL

My reason to laugh at infertility is about 10 years ago when I had stopped preventing pregnancy and started trying my neice was 10 years old. This year I find out she is pregnant , accidently. Another thing to laugh at is about 2 months ago we got a puppy and he likes to chew things and his new favorite toy is our preseed bottle just as guest where arriving . Thankfully they didnt get a chance to see what it was…lol

  12. Laughing Infertile says:

Each box of ovulation predictor kits that I buy comes with a free pregnancy test. I get my period on time each month and never use the tests. I just made room in my bathroom cabinet for my unused pregnancy tests. Infertility helped me organize my bathroom!

  13. Rosemary says:

I laugh at infertility when in my small town my local grocery store painted fresh lines on their parking lot and painted 8 reserved parking spots, all in a row, nearest the front entrance door for “mothers with babies” in cute carriage stencil.

  14. says:

You decided you weren’t going to buy tampons because you were “for sure” pregnant this month, but when AF showed up you ended up asking your newly pregnant friend if she could spare a box since she wouldn’t need them for a long time. Respectfully she did.

  15. DianaB says:

My reason….Your husband knows more about the female reproductive system than most women… lol

  16. Meg says:

My reason to laugh- even if I cough I come up with a reason to pregnant. Only to get the best gift of all..my period. Lol.

  17. Anonymous says:

My reason to laugh? infertility has made sex so stressful the transvaginal wand may be the only action I get this month!

  18. Believe says:

My reason to laugh…every time my husband and I drive into the city for an IUI, he gives his “boys” an inspiring speech/pep talk to motivate them to swim harder and go after that egg!

  19. Xiomara says:

Have to laugh when your work shoes are falling apart (pieces coming off them!) but you don’t want to buy new ones yet since you’re hoping any day now you’ll be ready to get larger shoes that fit pregnancy feet! (I went ahead and just got the new shoes last month.)

  20. Kassie says:

The reason to laugh at infertility so I can stay positive and happy no matter what

  21. Jessica says:

I would love this! Of course nobody in my family has a problem getting pregnant – except me! They go off birth control, have sex once, and Wal-ah they have a baby in their uterus!

I laugh at not getting pregnant because when someone asks if we are yet, I say, nope – but we sure have fun practicing :)

It throws them off and they don’t know how to react. I laugh with some people but others who get awkward should learn not to casually ask or make jokes unless they want an answer like that ;)hehehe. I love your blog though. Thanks for the contest!!!!!

  22. Gwen says:

I like to laugh at the time that I didn’t want to get pregnant. I bought pregnancy tests just hoping I wasn’t because I was too young or not ready aka not married. Freak. I definitely should have stressed less.

  23. Tee Hee says:

I think my hubs and I could have had an epic bachelor-style incredible vacation without spending all the money just trying to get pregnant.

  24. Jennay says:

I can’t laugh yet :(Your website and true to life stories are about the only thing that make me chuckle thus far. I only see every life-long motherhood dream come crashing to the ground!
