I’m not sure if this has happened to you but it happened to me!
I am one of those (nosy) people who read my Facebook “friends” walls. I am always on alert for those “congratulations” messages which typically means someone is pregnant. Recently, a friend wrote “congratulations” on my wall. She was congratulating me on a new job but I didn’t elaborate, allowing those nosy friends to come to their own conclusions. If they happen to think I’m pregnant, it’s not really my fault, is it?
I am just now going back into your archives and reading more of your posts. WOW – you are so on the money with each one it's frightening. And hysterical. And I so appreciate your humor and honesty!
Someone wrote this on my FB wall but it was regarding my weightloss. My mom called within minutes sobbing, asking if I had something to tell her. I knew what she was talking about but acted stupid just ’cause I was annoyed and hurt that she thought I’d announce a pregnancy on FB before telling her. When she elaborated, I got all Kung Fu Panda on her. Thanks mom for thinking I’d let the FB community know first.
